Noel is formally launching his Book at The Phoenix
in Exeter - on October 3rd 2018. 18:30 - 20:00 hrs.

We regret to announce Noel’s passing.
Noel died on November 22nd 2023. There was a woodland burial in Littleham, Exmouth at 2pm on the 13th of December. Also there was a remembrance service at Glenorchy URC in Exmouth - at 3pm on the 13th of December 2023. If desired, donations may be made to “Open Door” (an Exmouth charity) Click HERE to listen to Noel reciting his “Blitz” poem. This is archived at the Imperial War Museum.
